Beachmere Art Society will be holding their open studio at the HUB Main Street Beachmere.

5 of their artists will be on display.

Merry Wuthrich “I prefer to paint from life using either oil or acrylic. Painting was something I always wanted to try when I had time. I started when I bought painting by Eric Whisson. Clarice Beckett Kirchnor, Kadinsky and portraiture by John Singer Sargent have all had an influence.

Terry Wilkinson - Self taught artist, Terry is a master of pencil, oil, watercolour, pastel and acrylic. Her work spans portraits, landscapes and skilled ceramics - both wheel-thrown and hand built.

Noreen Burton - Neen is a versatile artist working in watercolour, oils and acrylics. Inspired by en plein air sessions, she finds a special connection in capturing landscapes.

Jo-Ann Middlebrough “My art is a way of observing and responding to the world around me. I create works that reflect both the beauty and changing nature of the Australian Landscape and its inhabitants.

Michelle Gratwick - Michelle has recently returned to the paradise of her childhood ( Bribie) after decades of city and coastal life, bringing her diverse art practice with her. Her work spans various paint media, print making, collage, photography and 3D works.
